Happy and Prosperous Chinese New Year!

The reunion dinner is held on eve of the Chinese New Year during which families get together to celebrate. The dinner is a major feast with some important dishes like fish (representing an abundant year), lettuce (representing vigour), shallot (representing wisdom), celery (representing diligence) and many others.

Reunion dinner is a celebration of a good year of work and a promise to all in the family of great blessings ahead. Among all good blessings, I would rank good health as the most important. But we need more than just blessings to protect our health at work.

Understanding the risks to health at work along coupled with effective risk management and implementation of control measures is the key to protect health and safety of all at work. IOM would be pleased to help you with this important task in the year ahead.

Wishing you all health, happiness and prosperity for the year to come!
