Human Factors Managing Human Failures
Everyone does make mistakes no matter how well trained and motivated they are. However, in the workplace, the consequences of such human failure can be severe. Analysis of accidents and incidents shows that human failure contributes to most accidents and exposures to substances hazardous to health.
This course will help learners better manage human failures in the workplace.
At the end of the course, participants will be able to recognise the different factors that lead to human failure. They will better understand some tools for risk assessment and prevent accidents due to human factors.
